1. Shipping Destinations & Costs
- Shipping Cost: We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all products. There are no hidden fees.
- Shipping Coverage: Free shipping applies ONLY to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Exclusions: Due to shipping carrier restrictions for electronic appliances, we currently DO NOT ship to:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- US Protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO (Military addresses)
- PO Boxes (A physical residential or commercial address is required for delivery)
2. Estimated Delivery Time
To ensure transparency in accordance with FTC regulations and for your convenience, our delivery timeframe is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 Days
All orders undergo strict quality control and secure packaging before shipment. Orders are processed once your payment is successfully verified. - Transit Time (Shipping): 12 to 15 Days
Once handed over to our logistics partners, it typically takes 12 to 15 days for the package to reach your destination. - Total Estimated Delivery Time: 13 to 17 Days
Note: Order processing takes place during standard business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Address Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. If you need to modify your address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the processing stage (usually within 24 hours) or has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to change the shipping address.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages
Since we ship high-value electrical appliances, we strongly advise you to inspect the package upon arrival.
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately.
- You are covered by our 14-Day Return and Exchange Policy. (Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item).
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors before contacting us for an investigation.
